Divakar Jandhyala – Founder and CEO

Divakar Jandhyala is the Chief Executive Officer of eVapt. He is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. Divakar brings more than 14 years of commercial software product development experience to eVapt. Before joining eVapt, Divakar worked at BMC Software, where he was the Product Development Manager for BMC Performance Manager. Divakar was instrumental in the development of BMC Software's first ever hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) application. Prior to BMC Software, he managed tier 1 customer engagements at Tata Consultancy Services. Divakar is known in the industry for his technology evangelism and customer advocacy.

Divakar earned his MBA at University of Texas at Austin. He received his BS in electrical and electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India.

Ranjit Nayak – Founder and VP, Marketing

Ranjit Nayak is Founder and VP of Marketing at eVapt. Prior to co-founding eVapt, Ranjit was a Senior Engineer Manager at Tivoli Software, a division in IBM Corporation. At IBM, he lead various initiatives including overseeing part of IBM's strategic IT Service Management platform. He led several technical pre-sales and engagement services teams with Fortune 100 companies for IBM's software infrastructure offerings. He has over 14 years of experience in Enterprise Software companies.

Ranjit earned his MBA at University of Texas at Austin. He received his MS degrees in Software Engineering and Manufacturing Systems from University of Texas at Austin. He has a BS in electrical and electronics engineering from Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Suratkal, India.

Joseph Tinnerello – VP, Sales

Joseph Tinnerello is the VP of Sales. He is a seasoned executive and accomplished entrepreneur with 25+ years experience accelerating growth for established enterprises, launching new startups and transforming struggling ventures into viable operations. He has a track record of building highly motivated sales teams that create lasting customer relationships and deliver bottom line performance in Mobius Management Systems and Computer Associates. He has 16+ years board-level and senior management experience.

Matthew Kinman – Director, Engineering

Matthew Kinman is eVapt's Director of Engineering. Matthew spearheads eVapt’s strategic development and execution of products leveraging leading edge technologies to meet the needs of customers and partners. He brings extensive technical experience to the eVapt Team. Prior to joining eVapt, he served in numerous technical leadership roles in industry leading companies such as: NovusEdge, Inc., Rocket Software, Inc., BMC Software, Inc., Coral Technologies, Inc., FundsXpress, Inc., and CCI Triad, Inc.
