Analyze Service Utilization

Usage Tracking

SaaSView is the analytics component of the eVapt On-Demand monetization platform. It allows SaaS providers to gather better information such as how often service is accessed and which are the most frequently used features. This information helps providers design better products, effectively target marketing and sales resources, and ultimately, increase revenue. SaaSView provides the dashboard views of critical data that empowers software company executives to make high-impact business decisions.

SaaSView (screenshot shown above) allows SaaS providers on heterogeneous platforms to collect service usage data and visualize it in a manner most useful to their business. Our technology allows for seamless integration with a provider's usage repository and aggregates the information on an easy to use dashboard. It gives providers the ability to view how their customers are utilizing the business service – not page hits or similar high level web statistics, but a detailed view of how specific customers are using the most important features.
